She is passionate about helping business owners stop overpaying the IRS, build smart entity structures, and create year-round tax plans that support real wealth growth. Known for breaking down complicated tax concepts into clear, actionable steps, Kelly empowers clients to make confident financial decisions.
When she’s not leading strategy sessions during tax season, she’s educating business owners on how to turn compliance into opportunity.
As Co-Founder of Tax Founded, Kelly now brings that same strategic mindset to tax professionals, teaching them how to move beyond compliance work, implement scalable systems, and build profitable firms rooted in strategy and impact.
Meet Jared
Jared began his career in 2011 in client service before training as a tax professional and serving individual taxpayers starting in 2012. In 2018, he earned his Enrolled Agent (EA) designation, allowing him to represent clients before the IRS and specialize in advanced tax planning, business consulting, and entity strategy.
As President and Owner of Foos-Garvin, Jared focuses on proactive tax planning, business advisory, and helping entrepreneurs build strong financial foundations. He has successfully expanded the firm to multiple Ohio locations through intentional leadership and client-first systems.
Jared believes great firms are built on education, service, and trust. Through Tax Founded, he now teaches tax professionals how to build scalable, profitable firms without losing the personal impact that makes the work meaningful.
